After various casting sessions we agreed on both Molly Rose and Luke
Potts for the roles in our preliminary task.
Molly Rose - The role of Alice
We chose Molly for a variety of reasons. We agreed that her personality
and acting abilities lied in the field we were looking for. It had come to our
attention Molly had greater acting skills than the other two female candidates,
and we specifically liked her interpretation of our script. We also felt as if
her physical appearance suited the role well as she has a slender frame and
mousey brown hair. she stood out to us in particular in casting sessions she demonstrated great skills when acting panicked and
distress.
Luke Potts - Role of
Tormentor
It was a slightly harder choice between the
boys, Luke demonstrated confidence and had the appearance we were aiming for,
but he lacked experience in the acting field. Nevertheless we are confident in
our choice because he was far more ideal physically for the role of a
tormentor in comparison to Fred and Freddie. He displayed confidence
in a role that is not easy to play and that is what compelled us to pick
him.
